Nutzungsbedingungen

Anbieter und Geltung

Diese Bedingungen gelten für die App Byteling von Marcel Ribes Martins, TehutStudio. Die vollständigen Anbieterangaben stehen im Impressum.

Für die App gilt außerdem Apples Standard-Lizenzvertrag für Endnutzer (Licensed Application End User License Agreement, kurz EULA). Diese Nutzungsbedingungen ergänzen ihn.

Alter

Recht

Es gilt deutsches Recht. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Landes, in dem du wohnst, bleiben davon unberührt.

English summary

Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to the app; these terms add to it. Byteling is for ages 13 and up. Your Byteling's replies come from the brain you choose: the built-in Cozy Brain answers with prewritten lines we wrote, without AI, while On-Device AI (Apple Intelligence, iPhone 15 Pro or newer) generates replies with AI on the device. Any reply can be wrong; Byteling is not a person and does not replace professional advice. If you are struggling, talk to someone you trust or contact a helpline (in the US and Canada: 988; in the UK and Ireland: 116 123; in Germany: 0800 111 0 111; in Austria: 142; in Switzerland: 143; in Australia: 13 11 14; every other country: byteling.app/safety). Purchases and Byteling Plus are handled by Apple; the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before it ends. Your first Byteling is free; each of the others can be bought on its own and then stays active for good. With Byteling Plus all others are active while the subscription runs, and the app offers no single purchases during that time. When Byteling Plus ends, your first remaining Byteling stays active. Individually purchased species also remain available: for each purchased species, one additional Byteling besides your first stays active, choosing the oldest remaining one of that species. Other Bytelings rest with all their memories until Plus is active again. The end of Plus does not delete any Byteling. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection in your country is unaffected. The German text above is the binding version.
